A new Miss USA was recently crowned, but there was another moment of that night that had us talking and that was when Miss California, Nadia Mejia had a bit of a slip up and couldn’t exactly answer a question that she received. “One of the biggest challenges facing the United States is social and economic inequality. How do we narrow the gap between the rich and poor?” Meija couldn’t find the words that she wanted to say, so she had a few long and awkward pauses throughout before finally stating her answer.
