Well, it looks like Disney is becoming even more diverse in their list of princesses.

Introducing Princess Moana, Disney’s first Polynesian princess! Over the weekend we were surprised with a new movie trailer from the billion dollar company. We only get a very tiny glimpse at what the movie will be about, but what we did see looked amazing.

In the short clip, we are introduced to Maui (voiced by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) who is a buff demigod and appears to be extremely full of himself. We are of course introduced to the main character, Moana (voiced by newcomer Auli’i Cravalho) and her sidekick which is a pig?!
The movie comes out this Thanksgiving. Will you be seeing it?
