For the first time in her life, Cassie quit a diet…but not by failing or slipping up or getting bored. She quit it very intentionally and on PURPOSE.
Why? She’s tired of living that diet life in black and white: on or off. Tired of seeing food as good or bad. Tired of being hamstrung by guilt over decisions on what to eat. And it’s time for that to end.
It’s a pretty big decision for someone who’s been on and off some sort of diet for at least 17 years…but it’s time to buck that diet culture and kick it to the ground.
