Glad to be back home...
WOW! This is an amazing HOMECOMING! You may or may not know, but I used to work here at Q100 back in the day when I was the guy you heard at night from 2003-2004! So it’s a pretty special feeling coming back to such an amazing radio station!
After leaving Atlanta in January of 2005, I went to Dallas, Tx for 3 years, and just spent 4 years in New York City. I have had some amazing experiences over the last 7 years in 2 pretty different cities and it makes coming back to Atlanta so much more special, especially because it has always felt like home. My wife, Zulie, grew up here and graduated from Campbell High School and her family is here as well, so it’s a win for us all the way around!
Let’s see... a lot has changed since I left in 2005. My wife and I were married in August of 2009, and we just welcomed an addition to the family in October of 2011, our little girl Amelia Rose. And let me just tell ya, becoming a parent changes your life in the most amazing ways, and we are so excited to get her down here as a little Georgia Peach! (We know one day we’ll have to tell her she was born in New Jersey) HAHAHAHA.
Other than that, I am just getting back into the swing of things here in Atlanta, and MAN has it changed here since I left! So many new buildings, restaurants, etc etc etc.....I could go on and on!
So, with that said, sure I have my old favs here, but if you have any new suggestions that have popped up in the past few years please give me a shout!
OH! and I’d love it if you give me a follow on Twitter and Facebook!
Thanks! And I look forward to talking to you everyday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Q100!
